Avenue Primary Photography Workshop

At Avenue, we have been involved with Apples and Snakes, doing photography and poetry workshops. During the first photography workshop the children were taken outside. They took their shoes and socks off and were asked to think about what they could feel under their feet. The children closed their eyes to help them concentrate and thought of a couple of adjectives to describe the sensations. Andy Rumball led the workshop.

i think making the children involve in activities like apples and snakes is great although i have not tried it, it sounds fun and it make them think about things before saying what their feeling
